Ryan: I'm sorry to hear that. Why don't you like your new job?
Jacob: I thought that I would have more responsibility at this new job and more chances to advance my career, but it is the same as my last job.
Ryan: I wouldn't get too discouraged yet. You are new at the company, so maybe they are just taking it slow with you. They will give you more responsibility in the future.
Jacob: I hope you're right.
Ryan: Just keep working hard and good things will come.
