Stacey: I am looking at houses online. I'm thinking about moving.
Amy: Have you found anything good?
Stacey: Yes. Take a look at this picture.
Amy: That house looks great. Are you going to buy it?
Stacey: I can't decide. On one hand, it is in a great location and near a park which is great for my kids. But on the other hand, it is a little out of my price range.
Amy: You can always get a loan from the bank. If you think the house is perfect for you, then I say go for it.
Stacey: I think you are right. I'm going to call the realtor and set up a meeting for tomorrow.
Amy: How exciting!
