Devin: I'm thinking about starting to invest some money in real estate. So, I have been reading up on ways to make money from real estate.
Kyle: That sounds kind of risky.
Devin: That's what I thought at first, but after reading up a little on the subject, I have changed my mind. Of course, some real estate investments are risky, but there are also many safe ways to invest in real estate.
Kyle: What are you thinking about doing?
Devin: I think that I'm going to buy a small apartment downtown, and then rent it to somebody. If the price goes up, then I will sell it.
Kyle: That sounds like a good idea if you have the money for it.
Devin: I have a little money saved up, and I think I should do something with it instead of just leaving it in the bank.
