Jot down

HOW TO USE

Speak as Wendy
Speak as Angela
Wendy: I didn't hear anything the professor said in class. I'm definitely going to fail the next test.

Angela: Why weren't you paying attention?

Wendy: I tried, but I just kept daydreaming.

Angela: You should try harder to listen in class. It is important.

Wendy: I know. I will try harder. But, did you happen to jot down any notes during class?

Angela: You know that I did.

Wendy: Well, do you think I could take a look at your notes?

Angela: Sure. But I really wish you would take your own notes in class. I'm getting tired of lending you my notes every time.

Wendy: I promise that this is the last time.

Angela: We'll see about that.
