Erin: I hate cheaters. What happened?
Amy: I saw him out to dinner with another woman. When I asked him about it, he said that he didn't know that we were only supposed to date each other.
Erin: Did he seriously say that?
Amy: I swear.
Erin: That is such a ridiculous excuse. He knew that you two were dating exclusively. He just tried to lie to make himself feel better.
Amy: I know, and that's why I dumped him.
