A Silver Lining

HOW TO USE

Speak as Stacey
Speak as Trisha
Stacey: Is everything okay? You haven't said much today.

Trisha: I've just got a lot on my mind these days.

Stacey: What's going on?

Trisha: I think that I'm going to have to close my jewelry store. I'm not making enough money.

Stacey: I'm sorry to hear that.

Trisha: Thanks.

Stacey: How do you feel about it?

Trisha: I'm depressed. I put a lot of time, effort, and money into the store.

Stacey: That is unfortunate but try to find a silver lining.

Trisha: Like what?

Stacey: Well, now you can spend more time with your kids, or you can open a new store which would be challenging and exciting.

Trisha: You're right. I shouldn't feel bad for myself. I need to stay positive.
