Suzy: Honestly, if you make reasonable demands, stay strong, and speak confidently, then I have no doubt that he will give you what you want.
Erin: Is he really that big of a pushover?
Suzy: I'm not lying. He is the kind of person who hates conflict so he avoids any intense negotiation if he can.
Erin: Interesting. I'm seriously considering asking for a raise.
