Amy: Are you serious? What happened?
Stephen: Supposedly, he got caught stealing other students' textbooks in the library.
Amy: What a loser! What was he doing stealing other people's books?
Stephen: I guess that he would sell them at the used bookstore and get some money.
Amy: Well, good riddance. Anyone who steals from other students should be expelled from school immediately.
Stephen: I agree. Even though I thought that Mark was a good guy, he committed a crime. He has to be punished. Hopefully, he will learn from this.
Amy: I don't understand why you care so much about that loser. He got what he deserved.
Stephen: I still don't want his whole life to be ruined because of this.
