Angela: Congratulations. That is exciting.
Nick: Yeah. I got it for a really low price because it is kind of old and run down. My wife and I plan to fix it up together.
Angela: That's interesting. What do you need to fix?
Nick: Honestly, the house needs a lot of work. We need to redo all of the floors, put up new wallpaper, fix some leaking in the pipes, and do a little electrical work.
Angela: Wow! That's a lot to do. It seems like you have your work cut out for you.
Nick: That's true, but this is something that my wife and I have always wanted to do. I think it will be a good experience for us.
