Greg: What happened? I didn't hear anything about the protests.
Klay: People have been protesting the new law for the past week. The protests have been downtown. The first days were peaceful, but yesterday, some protestors started throwing things and causing trouble.
Greg: That's not good. Peaceful protests are fine, but once people start breaking and throwing things, then it can get out of hand very quickly.
Klay: That's what I am saying. I think the police should break up the protest before things get even more out of hand.
Greg: I think protesting is a good thing, but you may be right. Let's check the news now and see if anything is going on.
